(Multihand) Blackjack

Objective
The object of Blackjack is for the total of your cards to be closer to 21 than the dealer's cards, without exceeding 21. In Blackjack, aces count as either 1 or 11, face cards as 10, and cards 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are at face value.

The Game
There are 6 52-card decks in our Online Multihand Blackjack. The decks are shuffled after each hand. Players can double on any 2 cards, but can’t double after a split. Pairs can’t be resplit.

You can play with up to five hands simultaneously. To place a bet, select a chip by clicking on it, then select bet area and click on it. Every click on the bet area increases your bet and 'shift-click' will clear your bet. To play with two hands, place bets in two bet areas, to play with three hands, place bets in three bet areas. And so on. Of course, you can play with a single hand only, by placing a bet in one bet area only.

  • Deal Once you have picked the wager amount, click on the "Deal" button. This will give you the first two cards.
  • Hit You want an additional card(s).
  • Stand Draw no more cards and start the dealer's turn.
  • Split If your first two cards have the same point value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original bet. You then proceed to draw cards. You are able to draw as many cards as you like on each split hand, but if you split two aces, you receive only one additional card for each ace. If the original hand had an ace and after the Split you came over 21, the ace would be counted as 1. If you split two aces and one of your hands totals 21, it is counted as 21 and not Blackjack.
  • Double You will match the original bet (or double down for less) on the first two cards dealt and receive only one additional card. Double down wagering is not permitted on a Blackjack.
  • Insurance Whenever the dealer's up-card is an Ace, the player has the option of taking insurance for half the amount of the bet. If you wish to take insurance, click on the "Insurance" button. If you do not wish to take insurance, you simply click on the "Pass" button to proceed with the rest of the hand. When you buy insurance, you are effectively betting on the fact that the dealer's down card is a ten or face card, i.e. a natural Blackjack. If the dealer does have a 10 ranking card, the player is immediately paid 2-to-1 on the insurance bet, but the original wager is lost unless the player too has a Blackjack and pushes with the dealer. If the dealer does not have a natural Blackjack, the rest of the hand is played out as usual, and you lose your insurance money.
  • Rebet Place the same bet as in the previous round and deal the cards.

Payoffs

If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid 1 to 1. If you win with a natural Blackjack, you will be paid off at 3-to-2 odds, which means you get your original bet back plus 150% profit. For example, if you bet $50 and win with a natural twenty-one, you get $50 (your bet) plus $75 (your bet plus half of your bet), which totals to $125.

Caribbean Stud Poker

Online Caribbean Stud Poker is a five-card stud poker game with odds paid for higher winning hands.

Objective
The objective of Online Caribbean Stud Poker is to receive the highest ranked five-card poker hand possible.

The Game
A player begins by placing a bet (ante) in the ante box. Each click increases the bet. After that click on the "Deal" button. The player is dealt five cards face down while the dealer is dealt four cards face down and one card face up. The player then evaluates his hand and decides on one of two options:

  • Surrender - the player will lose the amount wagered on the ante.
  • Bet - the player will place an additional wager in the bet area which must be double the amount of the "ante" wager.

The dealer then reveals his/her hand and compares them with player's hand if it is still in play. The dealer must qualify, however, with an Ace/King hand or better.

If the dealer fails to qualify, the player receives even money on the amount wagered on the ante while the back bet is a standoff.

If the dealer qualifies with an Ace/King or higher and his/her hand is higher than the player's hand, the player loses both wagers on the ante and the bet.

If the player's hand is higher than the dealer's hand, the player receives even money on the ante wager and a bonus amount wagered in the bet are based on the chart below.

If both hands (dealer's and players) are of the same type, the rest of the cards are being compared (cards that don't make a combination). The higher-rank card wins, the suit doesn't matter. If all 5 cards match both player's and dealer's hands, then it’s a draw game, the player gets back his bet.

Baccarat

Online Baccarat (pronounced ba-ka-ra) is derived from Chemin De Fer or Baccarat en Banque, one of Europe's oldest and most popular card games. It is a high-limit game, from which casinos developed a game for lower-limit players called mini-baccarat.

Our Online Baccarat is a very simple game to play. The dealer handles the draw of cards according to specific rules and, as in Roulette or Craps, the player has no decisions to make during the game. The only two decisions a bettor must make, before each hand is dealt, are selection of the position he or she believes will win the next hand, and determining the amount of the wager. The House banks all bets, and collects or makes payouts on each hand that is dealt. However, it is a good idea to be familiar with the rules, as it will heighten the enjoyment of the game, and the anticipation of the turn of a card. Overall, Baccarat is one of the best games in the Online Casino for the bettor.

Objective
To wager on the hand that will finish with a point total of 9, or as close to it as possible. You may wager on either the Banker hand or the Player hand, or on a Tie bet.

Card Values
All tens and picture cards equal zero. The Ace's equals to 1. All other cards count as their face value. If the value of cards exceed 9, then the hand value is adjusted by subtracting 10 from the total. A few examples are displayed in the chart below.

Hand

Hand Totals

9+7=16 Hand counts 6
5+5+5=15 Hand counts 5
10+9=19 Hand is a "Natural" 9
King+Ace+5=16 Hand counts 6

The Game
There are 6 52-card decks in Baccarat of Epoch Casino. The decks are shuffled after each hand. The cards are dealt from a shoe, similar to Blackjack. You can bet on either the Player's side, the Banker's side, or on a Tie. Four cards are dealt, the first and third to the Player's hand, the second and fourth to the Banker's hand.

The point total of both hands is presented below. If either hand totals 8 or 9, each of these numbers is called a "Natural", then no additional cards are dealt. The winning hand is the one with a point total closest to 9. When both hands have equal totals, a "Tie" is declared.

Depending on the points accumulated by each hand after the initial draw, the dealer may need to deal a third card. It is drawn face up, first to the Player's hand and then, if necessary, to the Banker's hand. No more than one additional card per hand may be dealt. The drawing of the third card is governed by the following fixed rules.

Third Card Rules
If either Player hand or Banker hand totals 8-9, the hand is called "Natural". In this case, both the Player and the Banker must stand.

Player Hand Totals

Player Action

0-5 Player hand must draw
6-7 Player hand must stand
8-9 ("Natural") Player hand must stand

If the Player hand stands on two cards then a two card Banker hand totalling 3, 4, and 5 must draw and a Banker hand totalling 6 must stand. After the Player hand is dealt a third card, Banker hand receives a third card according to the chart below.

Banker Hand Totals Banker Hand Draws when Player's Third Card Banker Hand Stands when Player's Third Card
0-2 Banker hand must draw
3 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-0 8
4 2-3-4-5-6-7 0-1-8-9
5 4-5-6-7 0-1-2-3-8-9
6 6-7 0-1-2-3-4-5-8-9
7 Banker hand must stand
8-9 ("Natural") Banker hand must stand

Payoffs

If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid 1 to 1. If you bet on a Tie, you are paid 8 to 1. Please note that the House charges a 5% commission on all winning Bank wagers. The commission is deducted immediately upon payment of the winnings. For example, if you bet $5 on the Banker hand, and the Banker hand wins, you will get your $5 bet back, plus another $4.75 ($5 minus $0.25).

Result Payoff
Winning Player hand 1 to 1
Winning Banker hand 1 to 1 - 5% for the House
Winning Tie bet 8 to 1

European Roulette

The game of Online European Roulette is played by spinning a small ball on a round wheel with thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball comes to rest in one of these slots.

Objective
The object of Online European Roulette is to correctly predict the slot in which the ball will land. By predicting the right number, you earn a payoff on your bet. The size of the payoff depends on how the bet was placed.

The Game
To bet, click on the chips with value you want to bet and click on the desired area on the table. Depending on where you choose to place your chips, you can cover (bet on) anywhere from one to eighteen numbers with a single bet. You can spin the roulette wheel by pressing the "Spin" button.

You can place eight different kinds of bets on the European Roulette table. Each type of bet covers a certain range of numbers, and each type has its own payoff rate. The short lines of three numbers each are called rows on the board, while the longer lines, each holding twelve, are called columns. The first five types of bets are all made on the numbered space or on the lines between them and are called inside bets, while the last three types are made on the special boxes below and to the right of the board and are called outside bets.

Inside Bets

  • Straight Up Place your chips directly on any single number (including zero).
  • Split Bet Place your chips on the line between any two numbers. 0-1, 0-2, 0-3 combinations not allowed.
  • Street Bet Place your chips at the end of any row of numbers. A street bet covers three numbers.
  • Corner Bet Place your chips at the corner where four numbers meet. All four numbers are covered.
  • Line Bet Place your chips at the end of two rows at the intersection between them. A line bet covers all the numbers in either row, for a total of six.

Outside Bets

  • Column Bet Placing a chip in one of the boxes at the end of the columns covers all the numbers in that column, a total of twelve. (The zero is not covered by any of the columns).
  • Dozen Bet Placing a chip in the box marked 12P covers numbers 1 to 12, 12M covers numbers 13 to 24, 12D covers numbers 25 to 36.
  • Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High. A chip placed in one of these six boxes covers the half of the board described in that box. (The zero is not covered by any of these boxes.) Each box covers eighteen numbers. Low covers numbers 1 to 18. High covers numbers 19 to 36.

Once a spin is complete, the winning number will be noted on the table with a marker.

Zero Rule
Wagers on red, black, even, odd, low, and high shall be lost if the roulette ball comes to rest in the compartment marked zero (0).

Craps

The game of Online Craps is an exciting game of chance, popular since the times of the Romans.

Objective
The objective of Online Craps is to predict the outcome of a roll of the dice.

The Game
The first roll of the dice in a Craps round is called the "Come Out Roll". The basic opening bet in Craps, which is placed just before the Come Out Roll, is called the "Pass Line Bet". Pass Line Bets are instant winners when the shooter's Come Out Roll is 7 or 11, and lose when the Come Out Roll is 2 (Snake Eyes), 3 (Cross Eyes), or 12 (Box Cars). If 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 are rolled on the Come Out Roll, that number becomes the "Point". The "Puck" (a small round plastic marker labelled "ON" in this case and "OFF" in other cases) shows that the Point has been established, and is located on the Craps table over the box for the number rolled as the Point: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10".

To end a round of Craps and resolve Pass Line Bets, the shooter must roll either the Point or 7 after the Come Out Roll. The possibility exists for a Craps round to continue all night, if the shooter fails to roll the Point or a 7 before the sun rises. Pass Line Bets cannot win until the Point is rolled, and cannot lose until a 7 is rolled. Pass Line Bets may not be removed as unresolved, players must wait for a roll of the Point or 7 to determine the outcome of their Pass Line Bets.

Before the dice are rolled, bets can be placed in various fields of the Craps table. First, using your left mouse button, press on the value of the chip you wish to wager. Next, place the chip in the desired betting area on the Craps table by pressing in that area, using your left mouse button again. Should you wish to alter or remove a bet, press on your wagered chips with your right mouse button. Please note that some bets may not be removed. Once you have finish placing your bets, press on the "Roll" button to roll the dice.

Types of Bets

  • Pass Line Bets A Pass Line Bet is placed in the area labelled "PASS LINE", before the Come Out Roll (i.e. the first roll of the dice in a new Craps round). A wager on the Pass Line wins if the Come Out Roll is 7 or 11, and loses if 2, 3 or 12 is rolled. If 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 are rolled, that number becomes the "Point". To win a Pass Line Bet, the shooter must roll the Point again before rolling a 7. If the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the Point again, your Pass Line Bet loses. A winning Pass Line Bet pays even money (1 to 1). Once the Point has been established, unresolved Pass Line Bets may not be removed or reduced. Pass Line Bets must be resolved by a roll of the Point or a 7.
  • Don't Pass Line Bets A Don't Pass Line Bet is essentially the reverse of a Pass Line Bet, and is placed on the Craps table in the "DON'T PASS BAR" area, before the Come Out Roll. If the shooter rolls 2 or 3 on the Come Out Roll, a Don't Pass Line Bet wins. However, if the Come Out Roll is 7 or 11, all Don't Pass Line Bets lose. If the Come Out Roll is 12, Don't Pass Line Bets are returned to the player, in a Push. If the Come Out Roll is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that number becomes the Point. Once the Point has been established, Don't Pass Line Bet win if the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the Point again. If the shooter rolls the Point again, before rolling a 7, Don't Pass Line Bets lose. A winning Don't Pass Line Bet pays even money (1 to 1). Unlike Pass Line Bets, unresolved Don't Pass Line Bets may be removed or reduced.
  • Come Bets: A "Come Bet" is placed in the "COME" bar area, before any roll of the dice, once the Point has been established by the Come Out Roll. The rules for Come Bets are essentially the same as Pass Line Bets. Come Bets win if the shooter's next roll is 7 or 11, and lose if the roll is 2, 3, or 12. If the shooter rolls 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that number becomes the "Come Point", and the dealer will move the Come Bet from the "COME" bar to the box corresponding to the established Come Point: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". If the shooter rolls the Come Point again, before rolling a 7, the Come Bet pays even money (1 to 1). The Come Bet will stay in place until the Come Point, or a 7 is rolled. Similarly to the Pass Line Bet, unresolved Come Bets may not be removed or reduced. They must be resolved by a roll of the Come Point or a 7.
  • Don't Come Bets: A "Don't Come Bet" is essentially the opposite of a Come Bet, which is placed after the Come Out Roll in the "DON'T COME" bar area. Don't Come Bets win when the shooter's next roll is 2 or 3, and lose if the roll is 7 or 11. If the shooter rolls a 12, the bet will be returned to the player in a Push. If the roll is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that number becomes the "Come Point", and the dealer will move the Don't Come Bet from the "Don't Come Bar" to the left corner of the narrow, uppermost bar over the box corresponding to the Come Point: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". After the Come Point is established, Don't Come Bets win even money (1 to 1) if 7 is rolled, and lose if the Come Point is rolled. Don't Come Bets will stay in place until the Come Point, or a 7 is rolled. However, unresolved Don't Come Bets may be removed.
  • Pass Line Odds Bets After the Point has been established, a Pass Line Odds Bet is placed by clicking the left mouse button on the Craps table, outside the "PASS LINE" bar, under your original Pass Line Bet. A winning Pass Line Odds Bet pays true odds: 2 to 1 on a roll of 4 or 10, 3 to 2 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 6 to 5 on a roll of 6 or 8. Unlike the original Pass Line Bet, an unresolved Pass Line Odds Bet may be removed.
  • Don't Pass Line Odds Bets Once the Point has been established, a Don't Pass Line Odds Bet is placed by clicking your left mouse button anywhere on the "DON'T PASS BAR" area. A winning Don't Pass Line Odds Bet pays true odds: 1 to 2 on a roll of 4 or 10, 2 to 3 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 5 to 6 on a roll of 6 or 8. An unresolved Don't Pass Line Odds Bet may be removed.
  • Come Odds Bets Once the Come Point has been established, a Come Odds Bet is placed by clicking your left mouse button directly under your Come Bet, within the box that corresponds to the Come Point: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". A winning Come Odds Bet pays true odds: 2 to 1 on a roll of 4 or 10, 3 to 2 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 6 to 5 on a roll of 6 or 8. Unlike the original Come Bet, an unresolved Come Odds Bet may be removed.
  • Don't Come Odds Bets by clicking in the space directly under your Don't Come Bet, within the narrow, uppermost bar. This bar is above the box that corresponds to the Come Point: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". A winning Don't Come Odds Bet pays true odds: 1 to 2 on a roll of 4 or 10, 2 to 3 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 5 to 6 on a roll of 6 or 8. An unresolved Don't Come Odds bet may be removed.
  • Field Bets A Field Bet is a bet that the next roll of the dice will be 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12. It is placed in the "FIELD" bar area, before any roll of the dice. If the next roll is 3, 4, 9, 10 or 11, the Field Bet wins even money (1 to 1). A winning Field Bet pays true odds: 2 to 1 on a roll of 2, and 3 to 1 on a roll of 12. If 5, 6, 7, or 8 is rolled, the Field Bet is lost.
  • Big 6 and Big 8 Bets A Big 6 Bet is a bet that 6 will be rolled before 7. Equally, a Big 8 bet is a bet that 8 will be rolled before 7. A Big 6 or a Big 8 bet is placed in either the "6" or "8" box, which is located in the left corner of the Craps table. If the shooter rolls a 6 or 8 before rolling 7, a Big 6 or Big 8 bet wins even money (1 to 1). Unresolved Big 6 and Big 8 bets may be removed.
  • Place Bet to Win. A Place Bet to Win is a bet that 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 will be rolled before a 7. A Place Bet to Win is placed in the narrow, unlabeled bar located just under the box with the corresponding number on the Craps table: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". A winning Place Bet to Win pays true odds: 9 to 5 on a roll of 4 or 10, 7 to 5 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 7 to 6 on a roll of 6 or 8.
  • Place Bet to Lose A Place Bet to Lose is a bet that 7 will be rolled before 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10. A Place Bet to Lose is placed in the right-hand side of the narrow, unlabeled bar located just above the box with the corresponding number on the Craps table: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". A winning Place Bet to Lose pays true odds: 5 to 11 on a roll of 4 or 10, 5 to 8 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 4 to 5 on a roll of 6 or 8.
  • Buy Bets A "Buy Bet" is a bet that 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 will be rolled before 7. A Buy Bet is placed in the box (labelled "BUY") corresponding to the number on the Craps table: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". Please note that the House charges a 5% commission on all winning Buy Bet wagers. The commission is deducted immediately upon payment of the winnings. A winning Buy Bet pays true odds: 2 to 1 on a roll of 4 or 10, 3 to 2 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 6 to 5 on a roll of 6 or 8.
  • Lay Bets A "Lay Bet" is essentially the reverse of a Buy Bet. A Lay Bet is a bet that 7 will be rolled before 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10. The Lay Bet is placed in the top bar (labelled "LAY") above the box corresponding to the number on the Craps table: "4, 5, six, 8, nine, or 10". Please note that the House charges a 5% commission on all winning Lay Bet wagers. The commission is deducted immediately upon payment of the winnings. A winning Lay Bet pays true odds: 1 to 2 on a roll of 4 or 10, 2 to 3 on a roll of 5 or 9, and 5 to 6 on a roll of 6 or 8. Unresolved Lay Bets may be removed.
  • Any 7 Bets An "Any 7 Bet" is a bet that the next roll of the dice will be a 7. It is placed on any roll of the dice, in the "SEVEN" field on the Craps table. If the shooter rolls any other number, Any 7 Bet loses. A winning Any 7 Bet pays 4 times your bet (4 to 1).
  • Any Craps Bets An "Any Craps Bet" is a bet that the next roll of the dice will be 2, 3, or 12. It is placed on any roll of the dice, in the "ANY CRAPS" field on the Craps table. If the shooter rolls any other number, Any Craps Bet loses. A winning Any Craps Bet pays 7 times your bet (7 to 1).
  • Horn Bets A "Horn Bet" is a bet that the next roll of the dice will be 2, 3, 11, or 12. It is placed on any roll of the dice, in the box on the Craps table containing the two illustrated dice that add up to 2, 3, 11, or 12. A winning Horn Bet pays true odds: 15 to 1 on a roll of 3 or 11, and 30 to 1 on a roll of 2 or 12.
  • Hard way Bets A "Hard way Bet" is a bet that the shooter will roll either a 4, 6, 8, or 10 as doubles (2+2, 3+3, 4+4, or 5+5) before rolling a 7. The Hard way Bet is placed in the box on the Craps table containing the two illustrated dice corresponding to the number. Rolling a number by doubles is said to be rolling the number "The Hard Way". For example, a roll of 4+4 is called a "Hard 8", while a roll of 5+3 or 6+2 is called an "Easy 8". A winning Hard way Bet pays true odds: 7 to 1 on a roll of 4 or 10, and 9 to 1 on a roll of 6 or 8. If you roll an "Easy" before rolling a "Hard" you lose your bet. Unresolved Hard way Bets may be removed.
